ReturnRetur Policies

We provide limited warranty due to our competitive pricing. Warranty is for parts only. (Labor is included in the Greater Toronto Area). Full knowledgeable tech support is provided. All merchandise is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of TWO year from the date received. Warranty does not cover plastic wear and tear parts. Replacement parts or replacement equipment being sent to the customer does not represent an extension or renewal of the warranty period. Shipping of warranted parts is covered via ground shipping only. Customer may request expedited shipping at their own expense.  Lack of maintenance, such as not keeping oil in oil lubricator and draining water separator, not lubricating moving parts where needed, maintaining a clean environment for the product, periodically checking all parts to make sure they are functioning properly, will void the warranty. Maintenance needs to be completed regularly in order to keep warranty valid. Please contact our tech support for any help/questions you have in maintaining your quality product. Any parts a customer finds to be defective must be returned for inspection or proof provided before a replacement is shipped. All parts will be inspected by us and if found to be defective a replacement and/or repair to parts will be provided. If no defect is found, customer is responsible for all shipping costs of all parts. The shipping costs must be paid by customer prior to any parts being sent back to customer.

Damage/Missing Parts Policies

All shop equipment must be inspected upon receipt. Make note of any visible damage or missing pieces on the bill of lading. Protec Equipment Canada will not be liable for damages occurred by the freight company if not noted on the bill of lading.  Any missing parts or incorrect auto equipment needs to be reported within three days of receipt. Anything reported after three days of receipt will be not be covered.Please contact us with any questions you may have.

We do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final; please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. 

Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure that your order details are accurate before confirming your purchase.
